Dr Elisha Daniels | Change Is Coming | Dec 1st 2021

The word change means to make something different. It means to alter or modify. It also means to replace or to substitute something for another that is better, newer or greater.

Humans in general don’t like change. If you ask someone to change the way they are doing things, the reply will always be “but I have never done it that way before.”

We tend to become too comfortable and complacent with where we are and just the thought of change makes people uncomfortable and uneasy.

But it’s only after you step out of your comfort zone, or the little nest you created for yourself that you begin to change, grow and transform.

Change can be difficult, whether it’s changing your home, changing your job, changing your location, changing your habits or changing your friends.

Change is always a challenge, and along with change comes some discomfort and pain.

For example you may get a new job in a new city and you may be happy about it, but there may also be some pain attached to it because you have to leave back family and friends to start your new adventure, so it could be “bitter sweet.”

Change can cause you to have mixed emotions and sometimes it even confuses you.

“Change is the law of life and those who look only to the past and present are certain to miss the furture.” John F Kennedy.

It’s said, everybody wants to change the world, but nobody wants to change themselves.

Mahatma Ghandhi said, “Be the change that you want to see in the world.”

We have to understand that we are living in a world that is constantly changing.

Technology is changing. People are constantly changing. Your health changes. Finances changes. You change as you get older, your hair gets grey, your skin starts wrinkling, your level of strength changes and you may not be as strong as you were 5 years ago.

Things are constantly changing. But the greatest change that needs to take place is in our minds.

If we can change the way we think, our thought pattern, everything about us automatically changes.

Your mind controls your actions, and the way you talk and whatever comes out of your mouth has the ability to build or destroy your life because there’s power in your tongue

Proverbs 18:21 says life and death are in the power of your tongue.

So we have to watch our words and we have to control our tongues.

We need to be positive and speak good things into our life no matter how difficult the situation may look.

The only thing that holds us back from change is the spirit of procrastination.

Humans are professional procrastinators.

We always seem to find a reason why today is not a good day or the right time to do something.

We may say things like: “I cannot start exercising today because I have to study.”

“I cannot pray right now because I need to make an urgent phone call.”

Procrastination is the devil’s tool to keep you from the only one that can change you , heal you, give you a new life and set you free.

2 Corinthinas 6:2 Behold now is the accepted time, behold now is the day of salvation.

Take note of the word now in this scripture. Your time for change is now.

Now is the time to Change your life, Change your finances, Change your health, Change things in your home, Change things your marriage.

Change for some of you means you need to get rid of certain people in your life. People that are toxic and the parasites.

For others you need to change certain habits that you know is holding you back and destroying your body like certain addictions.

For others it’s things like lying, cheating, gossiping, adultery, stealing or whatever you know is holding you down.

In order to change or experience change in your life, you first have to desire that change. You must come to a point in your life where you are tired of doing the same old things.

You need to get to a place where you have to break some cycles in your life.

You have to stop procastinating.

Don’t wait for tomorrow because it might be too late.

The women with the issue of blood for 12 years in the bible was tired of her condition. She desperately wanted change. In spite of the people mocking her, and humiliating her, she made up her mind to move by faith.

She had to take a risk and go against what people told her. She knew that it was only Jesus that could change her situation.

And when she acted by faith to reach out and touch the hem of His garment, Jesus told her, your faith has made you whole, and immediately she was healed.

Immediately her life changed.

I decree immediate change in your situation.

I declare the atmosphere in your home is changing.

Your story is changing.

Your finances is changing from not having enough to having more than enough.

I decree your life is changing for good.

In a world that is constantly changing, and people that are constantly changing, there’s one thing we can be thankful for, and that is the God we serve, is unchangeble. He never changes. He’s the same yesterday, today and forever. His word never changes.

He remains the same. He’s a faithful God. Heaven and earth will pass away but His word will not pass away. His promise over your life will come to pass.

So you have nothing to fear even when people change and turn their backs on you, don’t worry about it because God says He will never leave you or forsake.

God will never change.

But I decree your situation and circumstances are changing today in Jesus mighty name.

Change is coming.

I decree the things that made you cry before, you will now rejoice over it.

The people that used to look down on you, will now be coming to you for help.

Things are changing in your favor in the names of Jesus.

I decree everything that weighed you down, whether it’s sickness, debt or excess baggage it’s breaking off your life now in the name of Jesus.

I decree It’s time for enlargement.

God is tearing down limitations.

Change is coming.

I decree an end to every battle that was against you.

I declare the anointing of change rests upon your life from this day.

I decree a sudden helper will arise for you. Someone will look for you and favor you.

Change is coming.

I declare someone’s life is changing from always being in debt and owing people to living a life of abundance.

Your health is changing, from always being sickly and constantly taking medication to living a healthy life.

Someone levels is changing from always being at the bottom to being at the top.

You position is changing from being the tale to being the head. From being the least to being the greatest. From being the last to being the first.

Your life is changing from living in defeat to living in victory.

I decree to someone your husband is changing for good, your wife is changing for good, your children are changing.

Blessings you don’t deserve is coming your way.

Doors of opportunities are opening up for you.

Your life is changing from being a nobody in your family to being someone great in your family.

May God give you wisdom to handle the favor and changes that are coming in Jesus name.
